Show a Shopify wholesale registration form directly on a storefront page using the Inline display mode.

Before you begin

Save and publish the form, copy its exact slug, and identify the theme and page template you will edit. Check whether other pages share that template before adding or moving its app block.

When inline display is useful

Inline mode places questions directly in the page layout. It suits a dedicated wholesale-application page where visitors already intend to apply and should not need another trigger to reach the form.

The app controls the form's shared appearance while the theme controls surrounding content and available width. The form's slug and active status are still required regardless of display mode.

Set up this workflow

  1. Open the theme editor and select the page containing the Wholesale form block.

  2. Enter the published form’s slug.

  3. Locate the display mode setting and choose Inline.

  4. Review the block placement relative to the page content.

  5. Save the theme.

  6. Visit the storefront page and confirm the form is visible without opening a popup.

Set the test page's Wholesale form block to Inline and use demo-wholesale as its slug.

Questions appear directly on the page without requiring a popup button.

Limits and important behavior

Troubleshooting and verification

If the form does not load, compare the saved slug, publication status, page template, and theme. If a popup does not open, check its display mode and trigger; a timed or exit-intent popup does not behave like an inline form.
