What Should I Do If an App Page Opens Blank?
What you will achieve in this guide
Follow this step-by-step documentation to configure custom B2B registration forms, approval workflows, and customer tagging.
The latest Rivio release automatically recovers from the blank 200 navigation page previously seen on app pages such as Integrations.
Before you begin
Record the affected store, form name, slug, application reference if available, and approximate time. Reproduce the issue once with dummy data and note the exact message before changing settings.
The current release recovers blank navigation
A blank 200 response on navigation, especially Integrations, was addressed in the latest release with automatic recovery and a change to help-widget behavior affecting Shopify sessions. It should not normally require a manual refresh.
If the page remains blank, reopen the app and record the store, page, time, and steps. This symptom does not prove credentials or data were lost, so do not reset integration secrets solely because navigation failed.
Diagnose and resolve the problem
Confirm you are signed in to the correct Shopify store.
Open the app page from its navigation.
Allow the updated app to complete its automatic recovery if a blank navigation response appears.
If the page remains blank, reopen the app and note the page and time.
Avoid changing integration credentials solely because navigation failed.
Report a persistent issue to support with the store, affected page, and reproducible steps.
Example
Open Integrations and observe whether a blank navigation response recovers automatically. If it remains blank, record the page, store, time, and reproduction steps.
Expected result
The current release should recover on its own; persistent failures are reported without unnecessary credential changes.
Limits and important behavior
- A blank page does not by itself prove a submission or integration was deleted.
- The release also changed help-widget behavior to avoid interfering with Shopify sessions.
- Do not share session tokens or passwords in a support report.
If you still need help
If the checks do not resolve the issue, contact support@rivioapps.com with the affected form or application reference, time, exact error, and what you already tested. Mask private applicant data and never include API keys or SMTP passwords.
