Does approval replace existing customer information?

No. Customer matching uses email and preserves an existing customer’s name, phone, and tags while adding approval tags.

Yes. The form settings action creates or updates a Shopify segment matching approval tags. Review the warning and update the segment when tags change.

Is the storefront translated?

Built-in form text supports all 20 documented languages with English fallback and localized country names. Your custom questions still need suitable language content.
