Customize popup branding, store identity and promotional messaging
Make the popup recognizable and keep its store identity and messages accurate.
Before you start
Open Settings → Brand in your store. Use the current saved configuration and a controlled test cart. For storefront features, confirm the Rivio theme app embed is enabled on the theme being tested.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open Settings → Brand.
- Review the available store-name, logo and appearance controls.
- Use the correct store name and a legible logo where those fields are available.
- Configure promotional messaging and colors only through the controls provided.
- Review the live preview and save.
- Open the real storefront popup on desktop and mobile.
Screenshot to add: Settings → Brand — show the relevant settings described above. Hide customer details, contact blocklists and verification codes.
Example and use case
A merchant uses the same store name and logo as its storefront so customers recognize the verification step.
Limitations and important behaviour
- Branding does not change verification, payment eligibility or checkout charges.
- Only describe styling controls present in your installed version.
- Promotional text should not promise a discount that has not been configured.
Test and confirm the result
Check contrast, logo proportions, wrapping and button readability at mobile width.
Save configuration changes before testing. A settings preview confirms presentation; inspect the storefront, checkout or Shopify order for the actual outcome described in this guide.
