EXPECTED SETUP TIME 5-10 Minutes
COMPATIBILITY All Shopify Themes & Plans
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY Zero Code Required

Find Shopify wholesale applications by status, form, date range, or text in the Rivio submissions inbox.

Before you begin

Find the intended application by form, reference, and applicant email. Read its current status and original answers before changing a decision. Approval can affect customer tags, company records, emails, and connected integrations.

Narrow the list without changing records

Status, form, date range, and text search help locate a particular group of applications. Start with the form and period, then add the applicant's known name or email. Filters do not make a decision or alter a submission.

When a known record seems missing, clear or widen the filters before assuming it was deleted. Open a result and confirm its form, applicant, and status; similar company names alone are not enough to identify the correct application.

Set up this workflow

  1. Open Submissions.

  2. Select the status tab appropriate to your review task.

  3. Use the form filter to narrow the list to the relevant application form.

  4. Search by applicant name, email, form text, or other searchable application information.

  5. Apply the available date-range filter when reviewing a specific period.

  6. Open a matching submission and confirm the form, applicant, date, and status.

Example

Create retailer and distributor test applications. Select the retailer form, Pending status, and a date range covering the tests, then search for the known applicant.

Expected result

Only records satisfying the chosen filters appear; the opened record matches the applicant.

Limits and important behavior

  • Search and filters narrow the list; they do not change application decisions.
  • Check active filters when you cannot find a known submission.
  • AI-score filtering through Sidekick depends on having scoring available and enabled.

Troubleshooting and verification

If you cannot find an application, clear status, form, and date filters before searching its reference or email. If an action has already run, inspect the current status and linked Shopify records before repeating it.
