How to Uninstall Rivio B2B Registration Forms

What you will achieve in this guide

Follow this step-by-step documentation to configure custom B2B registration forms, approval workflows, and customer tagging.

EXPECTED SETUP TIME 5-10 Minutes
COMPATIBILITY All Shopify Themes & Plans
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY Zero Code Required

Remove Rivio B2B Registration Forms from Shopify after exporting submissions and removing storefront blocks that depend on the app.

Before you begin

Open the app from the Shopify admin of the store you intend to configure. Have a test applicant email ready and decide who will review applications. A form, its storefront placement, and its approval settings are saved separately.

Prepare your storefront and records

Uninstalling removes access to the app workflow. Export application records you need, remove the Wholesale form blocks that rely on it, and disconnect services you are retiring before uninstalling. Google disconnection also revokes the app's Google access.

Shopify customers, approval tags, and companies are separate records from the form. Do not treat uninstalling as a way to reverse every approval. Review those records and your separate wholesale-access settings before closing the workflow.

Set up this workflow

  1. Export any submissions you need to retain before uninstalling.

  2. Review connected services and disconnect those you no longer want to use.

  3. Remove the Wholesale form app block from affected theme pages and save.

  4. Open Shopify Settings and locate Apps and sales channels.

  5. Find Rivio B2B Registration Forms and follow Shopify’s uninstall flow.

  6. Visit the affected storefront pages and confirm there is no leftover form placement.

Example

Use a disposable demo store. Export a test application, disconnect its integrations, remove its storefront app block, and then uninstall.

Expected result

The export remains available to you and the storefront page no longer contains the retired form block.

Limits and important behavior

  • Uninstalling stops the app workflow; exported CSV files remain your responsibility.
  • Disconnecting Google also revokes the app’s Google access.
  • Do not assume uninstalling removes Shopify customers, tags, or companies created previously.

Troubleshooting and verification

If the dashboard opens but no form appears on your storefront, installation has succeeded; finish form publication and block placement. If you cannot open the app, check the signed-in store and your Shopify app permissions first.
