Understanding the Dashboard and Setup Guide
What you will achieve in this guide
Follow this step-by-step documentation to configure custom B2B registration forms, approval workflows, and customer tagging.
Use the Rivio B2B Registration Forms dashboard to complete setup, open the theme editor, and monitor pending wholesale applications.
Before you begin
Open the app from the Shopify admin of the store you intend to configure. Have a test applicant email ready and decide who will review applications. A form, its storefront placement, and its approval settings are saved separately.
How to use the dashboard
The setup guide moves through form creation, storefront placement, and configuration. The pending-applications banner helps you reach records awaiting a decision, while recent submissions help you inspect newly received applications.
Use Forms to change the application questions and Submissions to inspect what an applicant actually sent. A dashboard count cannot tell you whether an uploaded certificate is valid or whether an individual buyer should be approved.
Set up this workflow
Open the app from Shopify admin.
Review the Setup Guide for form creation, storefront placement, and settings.
Open Forms to check the forms you have created and their status.
Use the dashboard theme-editor link when adding your form block.
Review the pending-application banner and recent submissions.
Open a recent submission and confirm its form and status before taking action.
Example
Create Demo Wholesale Application, place it on a test page, and submit one application. Use the dashboard to locate the pending application and open its detail.
Expected result
The selected application belongs to the demo form and contains the test answers.
Limits and important behavior
- Dashboard counts summarize activity; the submission detail is the place to inspect an individual application.
- Complete each setup step and save changes in both the app and theme editor.
Troubleshooting and verification
If the dashboard opens but no form appears on your storefront, installation has succeeded; finish form publication and block placement. If you cannot open the app, check the signed-in store and your Shopify app permissions first.
Screenshots to add

Add a second screenshot showing the result of this check: Open a recent submission and confirm its form and status before taking action. Use dummy applicant details and mask any secrets.
