Install Rivio B2B Registration Forms in Shopify to collect wholesale applications and manage customer onboarding without editing theme code.

Before you begin

Open the app from the Shopify admin of the store you intend to configure. Have a test applicant email ready and decide who will review applications. A form, its storefront placement, and its approval settings are saved separately.

What installation does

Installation gives the app permission to run inside your Shopify admin and makes its form block available to compatible theme locations. It does not choose the questions, publish a storefront page, or approve any buyers.

Use the Shopify account authorized to install apps on the intended store. After installation, create a form in the app before opening the theme editor; the block needs the saved form's slug to load the right questions.

Set up this workflow

  1. Sign in to the Shopify store where the form will be used.

  2. Open the Shopify App Store and search for Rivio B2B Registration Forms.

  3. Check the app name and developer before selecting Install.

  4. Review the requested permissions and complete Shopify’s installation flow.

  5. Open the app from Shopify admin and locate the setup guide.

  6. Confirm the app dashboard opens, then begin creating a test form.

Example

Install the app on a demo store, then create a form named Demo Wholesale Application. Installation alone will not add a form to the storefront.

Expected result

The dashboard opens successfully; storefront placement is completed separately.

Limits and important behavior

  • An account needs Shopify permission to install apps.
  • Installing the app and publishing a form are separate from adding the theme app block.

Troubleshooting and verification

If installation is unavailable, have the store owner check the account’s permission to install apps. If you installed successfully but cannot see a storefront form, continue with form creation and the Wholesale form block rather than reinstalling.
