Understanding the Free Plan

All current Rivio B2B Registration Forms features are included in the Free plan, including unlimited forms and submissions, integrations, and analytics.

Before you begin

Open the app from the Shopify admin of the store you intend to configure. Have a test applicant email ready and decide who will review applications. A form, its storefront placement, and its approval settings are saved separately.

What the current Free plan includes

The current release includes unlimited forms and submissions, all nine form templates, file uploads, conditional visibility, multi-step layout, design settings, approval rules, customer tagging, optional B2B company creation, emails, spam protection, integrations, the Developer API, analytics, A/B testing, and CSV export. AI form drafting and applicant scoring are also included in the current Free-plan release.

Google Sheets and the customer-segment action are available; they are not future or preview-only features. Free app access does not grant a Shopify feature your store cannot use or pay for an external provider's account, messaging, or services.

Expected result

There is no separate paid app tier required for the features in the release described here; third-party service requirements remain separate.

Limits and important behavior

  • This guide reflects the developer-confirmed current Free-plan release.
  • Do not infer that another service, Shopify plan, or third-party account is free because the app feature is free.
  • Shopify resource availability and external-service requirements still apply.

Troubleshooting and verification

If the dashboard opens but no form appears on your storefront, installation has succeeded; finish form publication and block placement. If you cannot open the app, check the signed-in store and your Shopify app permissions first.
