These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts and work performed by Rivio Apps for its clients across all services, including ecommerce development, Shopify and Shopify Plus app/store development, WordPress and WooCommerce development, Wix development, ShopLine development, and digital marketing. By engaging with Rivio Apps, you agree to these terms, which ensure a consistent and professional experience across all of our offerings.

Downtime by Hosting

Most web hosting companies, including GoDaddy and Bluehost, guarantee 99.99% uptime, with what appears to be a maximum of 0.01% downtime per month. Any outages arising from hosting infrastructure are the responsibility of the hosting service used for your project, and not of Rivio Apps.

Return Policy

The refund option is available under certain conditions and only for a period of five days in case of any problem on our part, such as technical difficulties or other challenges.

App & Platform Updates

  • It is always possible to upgrade an app, plugin, theme, or other product we've built. We will notify you of any updates.
  • Occasionally, updates are required due to changes in platform APIs (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, ShopLine) or third-party APIs (e.g., Google, Facebook/Meta), which may affect the app's or website's functionality.
  • We reserve the right to remove an app from the Shopify App Store, WordPress Plugin Directory, Wix App Market, or ShopLine App Store, or to modify its functionality, for various reasons, including platform API updates, third-party API changes, or any other reasons.
  • If an app or product was sold under a one-time purchase plan, there is no right to a refund on the user's part if the app or product is subsequently removed from the relevant app store or marketplace.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify our services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time and for any reason. Additionally, we reserve the right to offer our services to your competitors and do not guarantee exclusivity in any market segment.

Law and Order

This agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any proposals, shall be governed and construed by the laws of Surat, India.

Both you and Rivio Apps agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India, for any disputes arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with any services we provide.
